The August issue of The Portland Upside is now available online. Tell your friends, family and anyone you think needs to read some great articles about the people of Portland.

We are now in the process of distributing 8000 in-print copies around the Portland metro area.

The July issue of The Portland Upside is available online. Printed copies will start being distributed by Thursday, July 9th.

This week is dedicated to getting and keeping the positive stories of Portland out there in the community.

Volunteers have begun distributing the June issue of The Portland Upside around the Portland metro area. If you are interested in helping, we can drop some papers off at your doorstep. Just tell us where and how many.

Do you know of anyone who wants to support The Portland Upside through advertising or sponsorship? Let us know. Sponsorship starts at only $20 and advertising, $50.

June issue available online; meetup this Thu, June 11

The June issue of The Portland Upside is available online Printed copies will start being distributed by Thursday, June 11th.

Interested in getting some copies to distribute? Interested in writing for the paper? Or want to just come and hangout with us? Come to our meetup this Thursday, June 11th, 7pm-9pm, at Stumptown Coffee in downtown Portland. We'll be the ones with the bundles of newspapers.

Launch Party and KOIN 6 news

Friday May 8th we celebrated the launch of the May issue of The Portland Upside with a party at the Sea Change Gallery. It's a great space with amazing artwork! Many of the people who volunteered were there to join us in supporting a new way of looking at the news. We really appreciate everyone who helped get the May issue off the ground.

Joel Iwanaga from Koin 6 news did a nice segment on The Portland Upside for the 11 o'clock news that night. A big thank you to Joel and Koin 6! This is the link to that broadcast The Portland Upside's 20 seconds of fame is about 11 minutes and 26 seconds into the show.

First issue is printed

The first issue of The Portland Upside is now printed. We picked up the 10,000 copies this afternoon (May 6). Now to distribute it! If you would like to help us distribute or know of any places that might be willing to carry copies, please email us at editors@portlandupside.com or click on our distribution link. We're so happy with how the paper turned out and are excited for others to see what great things the people of the Portland metro area are doing!
